A free event is being offered to everyone, including families, which is a guided walk that will be held at a Nuneaton beauty spot on 1st November. All walkers, young and old, are invited to the guided walk of Hartshill Hayes Country Park, in Warwickshire. All are invited to the event which will start from 11:00am and finish at around 12:30pm.
The free event is open to all abilities. Walkers are welcome to gather at the tea kiosk at the start, for the 1 mile walk through the Warwickshire countryside, guided by a park ranger. The usual car parking charges will apply and refreshments will be available at the kiosk, including hot drinks and snacks.
Walkers wishing to join are requested to wear suitable outdoor clothing. This free event is part of a series of walks created to encourage walking more often, for people of all abilities. They will find out on the stroll about the countryside, the park and the different animals that inhabit the woodlands.
