Discovery Museum will be bringing in Hero Next Door Fireman Sam to give families the chance to meet him for free. The free event, a meet and greet session, will be held on 20th October, Tuesday, at Newcastle’s Discovery Museum, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Tickets need to be booked in advance at the museum’s website (www.ticketsource.co.uk/event/98214), although entry is free, as the 11:00am session is already booked.
One family/group ticket will allow up to 5 members in a mix of children and adults. Those with tickets have to assemble 5 minutes before the scheduled session, at the designated area and the whole group should register at the same time. With the ticket confirmation they will be checked-off against a register for the greet & meet session, under a queuing system for ticket holders. This is your chance to meet everyone’s favourite Hero Next Door, a children’s TV legend firmly back in popularity thanks to a revamped animated TV series, and also to get photographed with Fireman Sam at the free session.
