A free event will be hosted by the Lindow Cricket Club on 26th September, Saturday, and will start off from 12PM, to run until 10PM. The free event, Alderley Edge and Wilmslow Beer & Wine Festival, will have available in the Festival Tent, the ciders and perries along with more than 40 local cask ales and a range of wines. There will be delicious street food from across the region too.
Local sports clubs have been invited to the event. They will showcase their sports to festival goers. Young visitors can try out anything from rugby to tennis, to cricket and lacrosse. With plenty of activities for the family and for all ages, everyone is urged to bring along deckchairs and picnic rugs to relish the entertainment being offered. There will be live music on the Festival Stage at the free event. Performers include artists like Kimmy Beatbox, Sadie Pickering, Liam McClair, Maggie Thompson and others.
