Free golf for women is being offered by the Macdonald Hotels and Resorts. Women interested in golf and would like to have a go at it, can find free golf sessions being offered at the company’s five hotels and resorts.

They are being offered at Macdonald Linden Hall Golf and Country Club, Macdonald Cardrona Hotel, Golf & Spa, Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa, Macdonald Portal Hotel, Golf & Spa and Macdonald Spey Valley. Golf tuition taster sessions too are available at a couple of their venues, which are the Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa and Macdonald Portal Hotel, Golf & Spa. The Cheshire Ladies Champion, Emma Goddard is a staff memeber at Macdonald Portal Hotel, Golf & Spa.

The free golf offer is open until 15th June this year. It includes one free round (9 or 18 holes) per female participant. One individual can only redeem the offer once and it is subject to availability. This free golf session offer can be pre-booked with Macdonald Hotels & Resorts using details on their website.

Group Director of Golf at the company, Keith Pickard, said it is crucial to secure interest of the female market to keep the game of golf current and future-proof it. He added that golf is a great activity to relieve stress, relax with friends, or develop new skills. A clear indication there is a longing for the sport is the popularity of the Ladies Professional Golf Association, he pointed out.
