Fitness too can be taken in the festive spirit. So, anybody who turns up in festive attire can try out the special Christmas fitness class in Plymouth’s Central Park. British Military Fitness (BMF) will be holding free fitness sessions to encourage members and non-members to get into festive Christmassy attire and to take part in the festive exercises on 22nd December, Monday, starting at 7:00AM.

Those participating, can join in the various mixture of activities, right from the team-based exercises, to the 12-day routine for Christmas by BMF. The routine includes running uphill and downhill, static squats, square thrusts, jumping jacks and burpees. The BMF Instructor, Mark Corney, who will be leading the session at the park, said to stay fit and festive during Christmas is equally important. They believe this is the best way for everybody to enjoy the festive period and so, no need to feel guilty about eating mince pies, especially if they have attended the festive free session.
