Free activities will be hosted at the leisure centre in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, to celebrate the recent upgrade of the gym. Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre, Holywell Hill, is the venue hosting the free activities. Visitors are welcome to the fitness suite, where the free-weight area has also been expanded and a new functional area has been included. As per customer feedback, the gym has installed a new strength kit. The upgrade is worth £20,000.
Free activities will be hosted during this weekend of Saturday and Sunday (13 & 14 Dec) starting at 12PM and until 2PM. The activities include taster sessions on Functional Circuit, which will be held from 12PM to 1PM, and training taster sessions of ViPR small group, which will be from 1PM to 2PM.
