A 5-day free course in digital art will be run with the Prince’s Trust, at the Bolsover Adult Education Centre, Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The course will be held from the 8th December (Monday) to 12th December (Friday), for young people aged between 16 and 25 years of age. A free taster session to find out more about it will be hosted on 3rd December (Wednesday), at the Bolsover centre at Castle St, Bolsover.
The course will be good fun and will improve teamwork, confidence and communication skills. Those participating will get 3 months support after the course to help them into training, education or employment. The students will be able to learn new skills and produce their own art works. They can work here in the sessions with professional artists and earn a bronze Arts-Award qualification too. Those participating in the free course should be living in one of the First-Art areas of North East Derby, Ashfield, Mansfield or Bolsover. For more details contact Kris on phone- 76436-797253.
