Free samples of Cadbury for Christmas Unwrap Joy campaign

November 29th, 2014 by Sandy

A 5-week activity will be run as a promotional campaign in-store for Cadbury, developed by marketing agency RPM. It will tie-in with the ‘Christmas Unwrap Joy’ campaign and run until 14th December, exclusively in 36 Tesco stores in UK. Shoppers will be allowed to try out a free sample of Cadbury’s chocolate. Any shopper buying for £1 or above, on the range of chocolates, will be given free ribbon and gift-wrapping pack. This will be personalised for the customer in-store with a name chosen by him.

The free activity coincides with the Christmas campaign and features a collaboration for its television advert by ITV. The managing director of RPM, Dom Robertson, said that Cadbury is all for spreading joy. This activity will bring to life that joy and bring the brand in front during the festive season, he added. Cadbury’s marketing manager for seasonal and gifting, Benazir Barlet – Batada, said the activities will bring joy to customers and bring the essence of the ITV Christmas campaign to life here.
