A free event by Meltham Community Post Office, the first in a series of sessions on information sharing, will be held on 20 October, at its branch premises on Huddersfield Road. It would run as a drop-in session from 5:30PM to 6:30PM, with coffee and tea available at its in-branch cafe.
Businesses can find out how to access products and services, besides cut costs of postage. Targeted at users regularly posting packages, parcels and mail, customers can find what postage to charge when selling on eBay, how to properly package items, or to reduce postage costs and make time efficient at the counter. The free event is open to customers and businesses here regularly selling items online or wish to send parcels using Royal Mail. Royal Mail will be introducing from 20 October a new package sizing and pricing. Further events will cover on travel money card, travel insurance, finance, banking, broadband and phone.
